This is THE place for sandwiches. We’ve tried their other food items but they were really disappointing, so tried their sandwiches and we’ve never looked back. They are loaded with meats and delicious ingredients and are huge. They are a little pricey but completely worth it. Their sourdough bread is chefs kiss they add godfather sauce to everything so I normally don’t get it because it makes the sandwich soggy and their coleslaw could use a revamp. The onion rings are made in house and are always crunchy and delicious. The restaurant always has a weird smell so we get our sandwiches to go. The interior is very in your face “Italian” and all the decor is dusty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. The guy that sometimes answers the phone is a little rude but you can be rude all you want as long as you keep making these amazing sandwiches.

I’ve come here two weekends in a row after looking for a deli in my area. This place is an absolute hidden gem. I can’t stop raving about it and I can’t wait until I get back. iIf this restaurant were downtown Pleasanton or Danville they’d have a line and reservations booked out for months, can’t say enough about the sandwiches with bread that they finish baking there or the chicken Parm or their amazing meatballs. Thank you to Natalie and Cami for great service as well.

First the service is FANTASTIC, everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Fabulous food, the servings are HUGE! What a great spot away from the downtown bustle.Looking forward to going back to try more of everything

I ordered a number with no mushrooms and no “god father sauce” and more sandwich to go. The place had only people inside and the staff was fluttered. The staff told me it would take - min. It took min for a sandwich to go and when I got home the sandwich was horrible with nothing on it. There was dry chicken and cheese on the sandwich. Very disappointed with this restaurant and hopefully they can figure out their situation. I will not be going back and not suggesting this to anyone.
